International Relations

International Relations is the study of the interactions and relationships between sovereign states, as well as between international organizations, non-governmental organizations, and other actors on the global stage. It encompasses a wide range of political, economic, social, and cultural dynamics and examines the ways in which states and other entities engage with each other through diplomacy, conflict, treaties, trade, and international law. The field analyzes how power is distributed among nations, the impact of global issues such as war, peace, security, human rights, and environmental challenges, and the effects of globalization on state sovereignty and international cooperation. International Relations often involves theoretical perspectives, such as realism, liberalism, and constructivism, to understand the complexities and motivations behind international actions and policies.
